How Vigo Brokerage Works

RFQs and quotations are not openly exchanged between companies; the workflow is supervised by Vigo Stores.

  1. The buyer creates a private RFQ.
  2. Suppliers submit only their own quotations and cannot see competing supplier offers.
  3. Super Admin reviews all quotations and decides which can be released to the buyer.
  4. The buyer may select among released quotations; selection alone does not create a completed sale.
  5. A Purchase Order is created only after final Super Admin approval.

Commercial confidentiality

Company identity, quotation attachments, messages or contact details may be masked or released subject to platform rules and Super Admin approval. Vigo Stores may moderate message and quotation flows to prevent circumvention of the controlled brokerage process.
