Account responsibility
Users are responsible for providing accurate company/contact information, protecting account access and reporting unauthorized use.
Listings and quotations
The party submitting a listing or quotation is responsible for the accuracy of technical information, condition, price, lead time and documents. Vigo Stores may review, hide or hold content for approval where necessary.
Broker control
RFQ, quotation and messaging workflows may be supervised by Vigo Stores. Attempts to bypass private quotations, identity masking or Super Admin approval controls may result in account restriction.
Prohibited use
Misleading listings, unauthorized data harvesting, malware, spam, unauthorized access attempts and unlawful product/service activity are prohibited.
