Information we process
We may process account and company information, sign-in security records, product/RFQ/quotation content, messages, audit logs and, with consent, anonymous visit analytics. Commercial quotations and RFQ content are not public.
Purpose
Data is used to operate accounts, verify users, manage broker/RFQ workflows, secure the platform, prevent abuse and send requested operational notifications.
Retention and access
Commercial records are accessible only to authorized users and, where required, Vigo Stores Super Admin. Data may be securely deleted or anonymized when no legal or operational need remains.
